Mix recipes

600g beans, 30g walnut, 1 sliced onion, 1 egg and 150g Panko!! 

You just need to mix everything and squeez it with a fork. After hat using, wet hands to form the Parties and fry them! As topping you can use cottage cheese or you can use them to make Burger.


1/2 mango, 3 tablespoon coconut water and 1 banana and some blue food color---> smooth. As topping i used some blueberries, raspberries, coconut chips and crunchy oats. But it works with everything else!


I had some leftovers from the day before. So i used the leftover Quinoa (around 100g) and heat it up with some cinnamon! I also added 30g vanilla protein! And as topping i used some joghurt and berries! Its the best to eat, when its still warm.


(for 3 persons) I cooked 750g brooth with 1 tablespoon miso, some Ginger, 1 tablespoon mirin, 1 teaspoon soysauce. It should cook a few minutes. Then you need to add 150g uncooked Udon noodles and 1 Minute later 150g sprouds, 200g tofu and 150g pak choi! Cooking for 5min and serve it with spring onion.


For 1 person:

The evening before:

Cut 1 red onion and 1 cucumber into pieces and put them into a box, with 1 tablespoon mirin and 100ml water. 


The next day:

Heat up konjac noodles. You can add the pickles, 1 cooked egg and cooked vegetables (i Used Green beans). For the sauce, mix ginger, kurkuma and coconut milk!

As topping i used black sesame and srirach sauce.


It also taste well with other vegetables. And instead of srirach, you can use any other chili Sauce
